Working mama

Once the kids started school I decided that I needed to get a job. I began looking and found the perfect job for me. I work in a very nice salon as a receptionist. I get to work the hours that my kids are in school, which is so hard to find. I am really happy. Busy, but happy. The past couple of weeks I have worked 5 days but now that I am trained we are cutting it down to 3 days a week, SCORE... not only do I get a little extra spending cash, I get to socialize with other human beings, get dressed in something other than gym clothes, put MAKEUP on, AND have a couple of days for the other stuff (the no makeup gym clothes kind of stuff). Couldn't be happier.

The kids are really enjoying school, they both got really great teachers. I will be teaching PE once a month for Pajha's class and I am looking forward to that. I had a lot of fun last year working in her classroom and getting to know the kids and parents.

I got a church calling. I am Den Leader for the Bears. It has been fun so far. I sat down over the long weekend and really planned out our meetings through the end of the year just because I had extra time that I knew may not come around again for a while. I feel so much better having done that. Anyway, that is just a quick catch up. I will post some pictures of the kids soon.
