Happy Anniversary!!!

Today is our 8th Anniversary! I can think of a million words that would sum up our last 8 years, but I will just write a little about some things I have learned about my husband!

• The toliet seat doesn't go down by itself (or at all)
• Socks are great for taking off, rolling into a ball and throwing at your wife... so that she has to pick them up and put them into the hamper. Pretty clever actually! I wonder if I pick up his plate and soda cans and throw them at him if he will clean them up!!!
• Men can do disgusting things... but women are not allowed to do them!
• Bjay does not snore but every once in a while he will puff air out of his mouth. It cracks me up every time!
• Sleeping next to a man who is dreaming about football is dangerous! When Pajha was a baby (maybe 4 weeks old) she was sleeping in between us and he had a dream that he fumbled the ball so he recovered it... only it wasn't a ball it was Pajha. Scared the heck out of her she screamed and screamed and of course I was wide awake after that, but he just said "oh sorry, fumbled the ball" rolled over and went back to bed!
• Sleeping next to a man dreaming about basketball is equally as dangerous! One time he "yahoo'ed" because he made a basket and almost punched me in the face!
• Bjay can't talk about anything without pacing back and forth. He does this when he is on the phone too! It makes me nervous!
• He pronounces onions like ongions
• He likes to play the "what if" game
• He is very creative and is always thinking of new ideas... new slogans for commercials or how he could make commercials better. He should be getting a degree in advertising!
• He has bad ankles... has sprained them countless of times since we have been married
• He thinks he has model feet, and he tells me all the time "I should have been a foot model"... (I think all feet are nasty!)
• He loves to play pranks on me. One time he changed the keyboard so that every letter I typed came up a different letter. I thought I was losing my mind! For four days he let this "prank" continue... only fixing it when he was home and on the computer and acting like he had no clue what I was talking about because it never did that to him! I honestly thought my keyboard was possessed! (I still need to get him back for that one, any ideas???). He also came home from work for lunch one day and I wasn't home, he opened all the cupboards in my kitchen... when I came home I was completely spooked. It just looked creepy and of course he thought it was hilarious that I called him in a panic thinking someone had been in our place and that I had gone straight up to the nieghbors apartment because I was too scared to be home alone!
• He will do almost anything to get a rise out of someone!

Above all he is a great husband and father. We have made the best out of every situation and rather than letting the hard times get to us we have pushed through them and become stronger! I love you Beej!!!! And I look forward to every year as long as I am with you!
