Why are we here???

Okay, okay... I will finally answer the question "why are you clear over there?" (thanks Caryn for reminding me to explain this one). Here goes... I just needed to get away... so I begged my husband to whisk me away to an exotic Island somewhere. Instead he brought me here... where everyone stinks, the shopping is TERRIBLE, and people drive like bats out of you know where. Okay so that isn't exactly how it happened... and it was definately NOT my idea... Bjay and I got married and 6 days later he left for Basic training (ARMY). We were stationed in Texas and spent about 3 1/2 years there. Once his tour was done, we were eager to get out of it and back to a normal life. So we went back to Utah on the hunt for a job, a life, some normality, and stability! That hunt only took us about 6 months when Bjay found a great job for L-3 Communications (based out of SLC). Thanks to his experience in the military he had no trouble getting this job. To be honest... I don't really even know what "his job" is. I don't know exactly what to call it. In his words "if I tell ya I'd have to kill ya". So they sent us to California for 7 months or something like that and than over here where we have managed to stay put for going on our 4th year. (4th and LAST). So, there you have it. Maybe that doesn't really answer the famous question but at least it gives you an idea of what we are doing here... doesn't it? Having said all of that... I have grown to love it here, at least love the life I have made. Not so much the smelly people, or the driving (and yes they really do smell bad) but I have met some pretty amazing people. And made some friends that I will forever keep in touch with! I am very lucky!
