Check Please!

Oh what a week! I feel like it has been the longest week of my life! I took the kids bowling, and to the beach, we also made a trip to McDonalds so that the kids could play with their friends! Time just seems to be dragging on for me. I finally found a program online that has really helped Peyton out. It is www.time4learning.com and you can use it as an after school program, summer school program or homeschooling. It is really cute and Peyton really likes doing his "homework". They set it all up according to your childs age and grade. It has a little timer in the corner so that every 15 minutes that is spent on an assignment they can have 15 minutes in the playground, which has all kinds of fun games for them to play. I really like that they have to earn the play time. Oh, a fun little experiment for you all. Bjay and I were watching TV and a woman gave her cookie "tip". She said that if you put the cookie dough in the refrigerator for 36 hours the cookies will be sooo much better. So we tested this out. I made the dough, and immediately made one dozen. They were good, a little thin though. Put the rest of the dough in the fridge. 12 hours later, I made another dozen. A little better, more fluffy, more flavors. 24 hours later, made another dozen. Even better! Finally 36 hours later I made the rest up and they were SOOOO good. Soft, chewy, moist, and very flavorful! Try it out and see for yourself! Other than that my days have been pretty boring. I find myself only thinking about leaving this place, I am so ready to get out of here! Check Please!!!
