The Fish Reserve

Monday was one of those days when we were all home, it was hot and humid, and we were grumpy and pretty miserable. So Bjay thought it would be fun to take the kids out to the fish reserve and let them snorkel and feed the fish. What a great idea it was! We had a blast!
Peyton getting ready to snorkel He absolutely loves this, there are so many fish right there it is amazing! Bjay brought along his scuba gear and tank and let Peyton have a try using the air. He didn't seem to like it too much. Must take after his mom! Most of the time he was literally on top of Bjay's back. While Pajha was in the water we were feeding the fish and me being a little teaser thought it would be funny to throw the bread by her and see if the fish would still eat it. THEY DID and she did not like it one bit, it was scary. The fish were jumping all over the place trying to get some food. You can see where they were in the pictures! I am tired of this!!! That was Pajha after having Mom (then Dad joining in) teasing her and making the fish try to "eat her"... it was funny though!

Isn't it fun to be the mom & get away with teasing? Of course it will come back to bite you in the butt (if it hasnt' already). I was telling all 3 of mine the other day to stop teasing each other & their response was "why not, you & dad tease us". Obviously I had no response to that. It was one of those "Oh Crap" moments:)

What? Humid??? Heat I can handle but humidity, no! I guess I will find out for myself in a few weeks!

Cute pictures too, BTW.

Em, totally true... the best is when I say to Pajha "I was just teasing" and her response is "Mom, what have I told you about teasing???" hands on hips and mad face... what can you say to that? Besides... "crap!"

And Caryn... YES it is crazy humid here. That is one of the main things I won't miss. It has done absolutely nothing good for me, my skin is still dry where I don't want it to be and super oily on other places... which causes me to breakout like I am a teenager again. Fun stuff. Not to mention the frizzy crazy naturally curly hair. Blah! The other day it was something like 87% humidity! Enjoy, lol

How fun!! You guys are always doing something fun. I bet your kids love living so close to the ocean and be able to snorkel. I'm glad you guys had fun, and cute pics.
