Broken....

It has been one of those weeks... EVERYTHING is breaking.... it started a couple of weeks ago with the washing machine, (got a new one thank goodness). Now the dryer is broken. I had 5 loads of wash ready and waiting for it to finish drying one load when I suddenly realized it was getting heat but it wasn't turning so I ran to the DIY store to get some drying racks. They surprisingly dry much faster that way anyway and save us on electricity. Only bad thing about it is we have crunchy socks, and towels... no fun! Well that was the beginning of the end around here.

  • I went in Pajha's room yesterday to make her bed when I realized that she had broken her bed from jumping on it. AGAIN. LOVELY...
  • Pajha also shattered my ONLY measuring cup shipped especially from America (because you can't find them here like that).
  • The cabinet doors have been broken... no one will fess up to it... wonder who did that one?
  • Today while watering my plants my hose broke. The whole nozzle came off in my hand. Great!
  • Someone has also been picking Pajha's wall off. At the bottom it was slightly coming off (dang concrete) and now there is a large portion of her wall missing. Of course, no one did it.
  • My body is broken... well okay it isn't but it feels like it is. I did my Firm video yesterday and woke up this morning to legs that would barely move. OUCH! By the way, anyone looking for some good videos to do at home when you can't make it to the gym these are AWESOME. I have honestly seen a big change in the month I have been using them. http://www.firmdirect.com/firm/ecs/main/index.html

Aside from all the things breaking I have caught Pajha playing in my perfume (smelling oh so good though), playing in my makeup, and sneaking treats for the dog. Peyton also decided that he wanted the empty toliet paper roll to use for a hole to play golf, so he unwrapped the entire roll, and threw the TP in the garbage (which by the way was a brand new roll I had just placed in the bathroom) if only he had looked at the top of the garbage he would have seen an empty one sitting there, sigh. And to top all of that off the kids decided to find out which of their toys could float so they filled the sink up with water and then had a water fight soaking every inch of my bathroom. That's what I get for enjoying them being "quiet" and getting along. I am so ready for summer to be over. I can't wait until school starts so that I can get my house and life back in order. It feels so chaotic right now.

So sorry about the breaking things! Tip for the crunchy socks: Use less detergent in those loads. We do a lot of line drying and using less detergent really seems to make a big difference. Plus, it saves even more money! :)

When it rains, it pours:( Wouldn't it be nice if things could just fix themselves as well. I guess that's just wishful thinking:)

Well it is definately pouring over here. One thing after another. I know it is just because we are moving soon! I'm cursed!
