The guys make a splash

He was so excited brrrrrrrrr... She thought the whole thing was pretty funny!

I have to back up a bit... it has been such a busy couple of weeks that I haven't had time to sit down and write about what we have been up to. We have had a lot of "get togethers" going on since Pat and Sara are leaving tomorrow (sob). It all started two weeks ago. We had a BBQ hosted by Nate and Claire (thanks!!!) which was loads of fun. They happen to have a pool, unfortunately it was too cold to let the kids swim. Or so I thought. We ate, and played Rockband, and the kids sang Karaoke. The plan from the beginning was to eventually push Pat in the pool as a farewell (Sara lucked out, she is pregnant so she was off the hook). So all afternoon we were trying to figure out how to get Pat's cell phone and his wallet from him so that they wouldn't be ruined. He caught on to what we were all up to and by evening just decided that if the guys can get hold of him so be it. So Bjay is telling me to be prepared, he wants it videotaped. Just then I see Pat fly by me straight into the pool, followed by a few other guys including Bjay. It was hilarious. The kids didn't think it was fair that Daddy got to go swimming and they didn't so they stripped down to their undies and jumped in as well. Crazy kids! Anyway, we had a lot of fun. And I am thankful that I didn't get thrown in as well, though Bjay tried.
